How is the payment processed?
Payment is carried out through Visa Secure and Master ID Check using platforms like Redsys. Security is ensured by the following payment services:
Visa Secure
Visa has developed a program to confirm your identity when making an online purchase, preventing unauthorized use of your Visa Card. Upon purchase, you will receive a verification security code valid for 5 minutes, with three attempts to enter it correctly.
24 GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS does not collect financial data, only the necessary personal information as outlined in the privacy policy. Financial information is collected solely by the payment gateway.
Master ID Check
Master Check provides a program to confirm identity for online purchases, preventing unauthorized credit card usage. When using a MasterCard, customers receive a verification code valid for 5 minutes, with three attempts for correct entry.
24 GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS does not collect financial data, only the necessary personal information as per the privacy policy. The payment gateway solely collects financial details.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 24 to 72 working hours from the time of purchase.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Are there specific shipping costs?
24 GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS offers services rather than physical goods. Therefore, there are no shipping costs. In the case of customized service packages, they will be delivered before payment, while pre-established packages are processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
Refunds
How can I request a refund?
If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, you may request a refund by completing the designated form. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the receipt date.
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days of receipt. The refund for returned products will be processed within approximately 48 hours.
For subscription-based plans, a full refund will be issued if 24 GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS fails to resolve at least one issue within the first 30 days of subscription. If any issues are resolved, the subscription fees are non-refundable. However, at its discretion, 24 GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS may offer partial refunds after deducting customer service charges.
For incident-based plans, a refund is granted under the following conditions:
- All prerequisites for issue resolution were met, but the issue remained unresolved while the time count was active.
- The issue falls beyond the plan’s scope.
- The problem was addressed by a technician within the last 30 days.
Cancellation
If you are unsure about your purchase, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed. If already processed, the right of withdrawal may still apply. To cancel, email info@24globalitsolutions.com. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
For confirmed orders of customized products, 24 GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to demand compensation of at least 50% of the purchase price, along with any storage costs.
Exceptions
- The right of withdrawal applies only to individuals, not legal entities.
- Withdrawal does not apply to software, custom-built equipment, or products with associated digital download codes. For digital downloads, a full refund is only possible if the content has not been downloaded. If the download has been accessed, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
